Eclipse project not importing includes

Dear all,

I have a working RTEMS build for PowerPC in the CentOS Virtual Machine and
I wanted to do it in Windows.
It all worked well, but I cannot get the Includes imported when I create a
new project in Eclipse.

Here are the configurations in hte RTEMS plugin.

Base path:     C:\opt\rtems-4.11
BSP path:      C:\opt\rtems-4.11\powerpc-rtems4.11\psim
Cygwin path:  C:\
MinGW pah:  C:\MinGW
MSYS path:   C:\MinGW\msys\1.0

Have you guys faced this befor and/or know how to solve this?
