RTEMS Hello World Hex File

Hello all,

My query is about Intel Hex file generated by GCC compiler

i get hex file by

i386-rtems4.10-objcopy -O ihex hello.exe hello.hex

i am using i386ex bsp. when i try to load hex file in flash, the programmer
does not load it

Is there any difference between this hex file and loadable hex file

what changes i need to do for making it loadable?
