Motorola MVME 2700 BSP

Strange - the 2700 and 2300 are (at least on paper -- I have no access 
to a 2700)
very similar and I would the 2300 BSP expect to work.

BTW: The bootable binary is 'hello.ralf', not 'hello.exe'...
