mvme3100 BSP

Just some status info.

I'm working on a BSP for the MVME3100 (mpc8540 ppc)
and have made some progress.

I have working exceptions, interrupts,
console and networking on a PMC card.

I can boot the Cexp shell and will next
address the native network adapter,
VME, FPU and other details.

Hopefully, by the end of December we'll
have an experimental release.
