Hi,

Just a note to let everyone know that I
fixed a handful of things and committed a
number of changes:

+ Many linkcmds to add new sections assumed
  by late model gcc versions.

+ More warning removal patches particularly
  for deprecated C++ usage.

+ goahead httpd patch for possible DOS attack.

More commits over the next few days for reimplemented
POSIX timers and more warnings.
