I agree with everyone who has said that you have ended up configuring
and building
somehow using the native glibc not the RTEMS newlib/libc. bit is
obsolete and should
not be used any longer.  

Use configure and make directly per the build instructions at
http://www.oarcorp.com/rtemsdoc-current
and I think you be in will be in  better shape.  Something went wrong
during the configure
and build process.
