one line patch has been killed

Thanks to everyone who pitched in.  I lost count at 10
replies. :)  Luckily only Phil Torre files a PR so I
didn't have 10 PRs tracking the same problem.

PR 357/rtems_misc Closed on both trunk and 4.6 branch.
