booting problems

Hy,
in multiprocessor boot the Init task is a global task?
Is possible for me to have an Init task which isn't global?
I have this strange problem the mpci layer start to interromp the
processor first that the system have booted the libc and in this way
all loop...
May be a wrong initialization of interrupt?
