New gcc 3.2/newlib 1.10.0 RPMs available

gcc3.2newlib1.10.0-2 is available.  This fixes a single problem
over the -1 revision -- GCC PR 8314 which fixes crtbegin/end
for m68k.  This seemed to impact only ColdFire users.
