m68k RTEMS debugging

Boy when it rains, it pours.  :( 

Given that the gdb patch is already complicated and requires some
paperwork before it can be broken apart and submitted, I was
hesitant to add more to it. 

I have put it in pub/rtems/snapshots/contrib/m68k-gdb.  Please
let us all know how it goes.
