i386ex board console

I :
we found no response from i386ex target, when I run 
' vi console</dev/ttyS0 '.
below  something I do for get message from target on host linux. 
console:
 target com1 --- host com1 with 3 connect pins ( transfer,receive and grand)
 I use stty & setserial :
stty 9600        result: speed 9600 baud;line=0; -brkint --imaxbel
setserial       result: /dev/ttyS0 ,UART :16550A,port:0x2f8,IRQ:4

in console.c: Set the BSPConsolePort to BSP_UART_COM1               
in bsp.h : #define RAM_END   0xC0000
we use exception 0-16 for monitor,not install raw IRQ 0-16 in rtems.

Another question involved with this changing is the thread wake up is invalid whatever set breakpoint at timer ISR.
I found the level = 12870 , when I set breakponit at _ISR_Flash( level ) in _Watchdog_Insert(). Is there a problem of this value?
