BDM info in RTEMS FAQ

I wanted to add some information on BDM and GDB to the RTEMS FAQ in a
chapter with a title something like "Hardware to Ease Debugging". Where
should I start?

+ I know of BDM support for the m683xx (from Eric Norum).  What should the
section on that say.

+ There appears to be some gdb/bdm support for the mpc8xx.  I asked on the
main list for information on that.

+ What about BDM and Coldfire?

Anything other emulator/background debugger hints that should be in this
section of the FAQ?
