out of town

Hi,

I should have mentioned before:

  + Monday July 5th was a holiday in the US (observed Independence Day)
  + I am leaving early today (July 6th)
  + I am off tomorrow (Wednesday July 7th)
  + I will be in late if at all Thursday July 8th.

So if you don't get a reply quickly, I am still here and will eventually
catch back up.
