where can i find patches of egcs for Linux/rmdir and fixincludes

Can somebody guide me where can i get to know about Linux/rmdir and
fixincludes problem for Linux 5.2.In the list archives i only find for
Linux 6.0.Can i use the same for 5.2 version too.
