workspace_size question

Hello,everyone!I compute workspace_size accroding to quation and parameters in confdefs.h,but I cann't get the result 0x22800(this number is got by debugging information in running).Meanwhile,in confdefs.h some parameters,such as seamphore,queue,partition,is 0.Will these parameters be changed in running?where is its location?If these parameters wouldn't be changed in running,it will cause some error?Thanks in advance for any help.
