Bootable image

Hi,

I've got a question:

Is there a possibility to build a bootable image of RTEMS
operating system?  If possible, how to do it?

And how it could be loaded: I have only possibility to use
flash ROM, serial connection or Ethernet on the board
without any console input/output.
